CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices listed on the site, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice. While we do our best to ensure that ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified. COLORS - We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display - of any color will be accurate.

 

 

  • Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Eye For Design, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Eye For Design, LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Currently we do not ship to other international countries. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or miss-delivered items unless shipping insurance is purchased. Items will ship in 7 to 14 business days but may take longer.

 

  • Returns and Exchange

Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality of luxury hair and great customer service. We provide quality assurance measures in inspecting all hair extensions prior to shipping. Although we do not offer refunds, we offer our clients 7 days to exchange their purchased units. There is only one exchanged allowed per original purchase if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for an exchange of an in-stock unit. A 10% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees are charged. If you get your hair extensions and there is a problem, please contact us with the issue. The hair must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty and an exchange will not be allowed. DO NOT ALTER or wear the extensions in any way. If you meet the terms, below, we will offer you an exchange or credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used toward another purchase. We recommend that you brush the hair thoroughly before installation to detect any possible defects. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Eye for Design, and is null and void of guarantee. We CAN NOT accept returns on items that are not in their original condition and have been altered or worn in any way. Color Blends and Mixes are final sale and cannot be returned and they cannot be exchanged because they are custom orders.

All custom wig sales are final sale. No exchanges or refunds are given as it is customized to your specifications.

  • We do not accept returns on extensions that have been worn or altered - NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following:
  • Hair has been worn
  • Hair has been washed
  • Weft has been cut
  • Weft has been torn or ripped
  • Glue has been put on the unit
  • Hair products have been put on the unit
  • Any chemicals have been put on the unit
  • The unit has been dyed
  • Attempts have been made to fix a problem prior to contacting us
  • Hair has been styled or cut
  • Unit has been permed

 

  • International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Eye For Design, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Eye For Design, LLC and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Eye For Design, LLC shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Eye For Design, LLC with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Eye For Design, LLC with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Eye For Design, LLC.
